• Touch & Mark: The large colour touchscreen and onboard control software eliminate the need for extensive training. The IMPACT marking station’s intuitive system allows you to start marking text, logos, and 2D codes immediately. This dot-peen marking machine simplifies the operator’s job and does not require a computer.
• I-Sense: The I-Sense function on our dot peen engraver (Impact eZ m) detects the surface of the workpiece, automatically adjusts the height of the Z-axis, and begins marking without operator intervention. Various adjustment modes are available: automatic mode (I-Sense), programmable mode, and normal mode for manual adjustment.
• Dynamic Dot Control: Achieve perfect results every time with the IMPACT dot-peen marking station’s DDC™ (Dynamic Dot Control, available on Impact m and eZ m) feature. This technology automatically adjusts point density according to the required size and depth of the marking.
